We provide professional, experienced, and fun bartenders for all our events. Our bartenders are fully licensed and insured.
the package
$600
We make it simple. We have one base package, and we build onto it from there. The base package covers events with up to 75 guests, for 5 hours.
ONE BARTENDER FOR FIVE HOURS
This includes 1 hour of set up before, 1 hour of tear down after, and 3 hours for the event.
bar supplies
This includes, coolers, napkins, cups, and straws.

Orange, lemon, lime pineapple, olive, cherry
Additional fees may apply for holiday events/weekends.
50% deposit due at time of booking, final 50% due 2 weeks prior to event.
Extras
Additional Bartenders: $300
One bartender will cover up to 75 guests. For every additional 75 guests, we will add one bartender. Additional bartenders can also be added for lower guest counts, at the same rate.
Additional hour: $100
Additional time added to your event
Additional setup: $300
Want us to set up the second bartender at a second location? Or move our setup to a second location in the same night? No problem.
Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water, Ginger Ale, orange juice, cranberry juice, lime and lemon juice
mixers: $3 per guest
If your venue has a bar area that we can use, this won’t apply to you. This would only be if you need us to supply the table/bar.
table/bar - $100 each
ice: $3 per guest
Cold Cubes
May apply for events outside KC Metro.
Amount is based on distance traveled.
Travel Fee:
We use a tip jar at events when permitted.
If you prefer we not use a tip jar, a $200 gratuity fee will be added for each bartender at your event.
